Fees
i     Up to 5,000 pop £ 108 + VAT
ii    Up to 10,000 pop £138 + VAT
iii   Up to 15,000 pop £169 + VAT
iv   Over 15,000 pop £200 + VAT
Payable annually on the 1st April.  

Members joining mid-year will be invoiced pro-rata.
